In line with our global expansion, we are looking for a B2B Representative who will share and spread our mission: to improve dental care by means of smart technology.
The B2B Representative is responsible for the full cycle - from first contact with prospective leads, through converting them into customers or partners, to successful implementation and active usage of the software in their practices.
- - Eagerly presenting all software products to prospective clients
- - Acquiring new dental partners to use the company products
- - Addressing each unique customer’s case with focus on the specifics
- - Organizing online demos of the products
- - Creating customized cooperation offers for partners
- - Implementation support, staff training, and follow-up communication with acquired customers
- - Ensuring growing engagement and satisfaction
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Can establish trust and build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Is a self-starter, eager to challenge themselves daily
- Has exceptional communication skills and fluent English
- Doesn't fear innovations and is ready to learn new things
- Has prior experience in account management, B2B service, and SAAS
- Second language is an advantage (Spanish, French, Russian or other)
